What to report
When to contact the Co-Op
Low water pressure
Tell us if your water pressure is unusually low or has changed suddenly so we can help identify the issue.
Pump house light not illuminated
Report a pump house light that is no longer illuminated so the Cooperative can review the equipment.
After-hours reporting
If you notice a water service concern outside regular office hours, report it promptly through the Cooperative’s after-hours reporting process.

Do not enter a pump house or attempt to operate Cooperative equipment.
Share the location
When you report an issue, provide the nearest address, road, reservoir area, or other details that help locate the concern.
